Gzoop steals your money and runs

If you're shopping through Amazon services or others, don't buy from the "seller" Gzoop : they'll take your money alright, but you won't get your order and they'll never answer your mails.

  1. I keep hearing of stuff like this, but at the same time I, and a lot of other people that I know have grabbed some absolute bargains from Gzoop.

A lot of people don't know this, but Gzoop is part of thehut.com group, one of the most succesfull online retailers and new owner of Zavvi; I guarantee they didn't get to where they are by ripping off their customers.

  2. Well, I guess you can... Users comment on Amazon.co.uk - for example - are quite eloquent.

  3. I used Gzoop...the DVD came quickly but it wasn't what I had ordered. It took DAYS to get any email response from them...I was eventually told if I wanted a refund they'd send me a freepost address.... after a week of waiting and emailing them, I was never sent the freepost address. As of today, I mailed the DVDs back to them (they'd since claimed to be out of stock on what I actually ordered - it seems informing the customer of this is beyond them) using their reguilar return address. I emailed them to say I'd returned it and lo and behold an hour later they send me the freepost address! What a joke!! I have wasted a month on them. For nothing.

  4. Please note I own and produce & distribute a number of DVDs for sale available on this site and have not given prior permission to use or supply any of my DVDs to this company, they have been fraudulently copying and selling my DVDs - Police have been informed if you require the genuine article then just go to driven and ridden .com who make & distribute them legitamately
